Poplars Apartments Application
You can fill out & print your application on your computer! Simply click "Page 1" or "Page 2", fill in the blanks, print & sign where noted.
BOTH pages must be completed in order for us to process your application in a timely manner. We accept applications during office hours. We do not accept application online at this time.
Each adult that will be living at Poplars Apartments is required to fill out an application. Each applicant must pay a $20.00 (non-refundable) fee that covers credit, rental & criminal history checks.
You will be required to provide certain information for verification. You will need to bring the following with your application:
- Driver's License or State ID Card
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Income (pay stub, award letter, etc)
